FICO Falcon Fraud Manager:
Protecting you from unauthorized use of your debit card is one of our top priorities at Citizens Savings Bank. To mitigate fraud, we have partnered with SHAZAM, our electronic funds transfer network, to implement a monitoring system, called FICO Falcon Fraud Manager to help guard your debit card against fraudulent activity. If suspicious activity is detected on your debit card, you will be contacted by a SHAZAM fraud specialist calling on our behalf, to verify the transactions in question. To ensure that we can reach you promptly if fraudulent activity is suspected, we encourage you to provide both a primary and secondary phone number to help us avoid any delays in response to fraud alerts. If you suspect fraud on your debit card or are having issues using your debit card, you can call any of our locations during regular business hours or contact SHAZAM Fraud Operations at 1-866-508-2693.
If you plan to use your Citizens Savings Bank Debit Card while traveling out of state or country, please contact us with the dates and locations of your travels. We will notify SHAZAM FICO Falcon Fraud Manager of your travel plans to reduce the likelihood of your card being declined due to suspected fraudulent activity. When traveling, we encourage you to use your PIN whenever possible. PIN-based transactions are considered more secure and there's less chance of transaction declines.

Download the Brella mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow the easy on-screen instructions. Don't have a smartphone, no worries, you can sign up for Brella at https://brella.shazam.net. Brella offers you a safe, easy and fast way to manage your debit card accounts. You can immediately be alerted to any potentially fraudulent debit card activity on your smartphone, tablet or home computer. Brella provides alerts for debit card purchases exceeding your defined amounts, phone or Internet purchases and suspicious or high-risk transactions. You can also check your account balance anytime, anywhere. The Brella ATM locator feature is integrated with GPS technology. Automatic Billing Updater (ABU):
ABU extends the amount of time your account-on-file information is stored with your selected merchants by automatically updating your debit card information due to account changes, like the expiration date. For example, let's say you've enrolled in recurring monthly payments to pay your electric bill with your debit card. As you know, we periodically replace your card, and your new card has a fresh expiration date. Instead of contacting the electric company to update your card information, your card information will automatically be updated, if your electric company is a participating merchant. While this is a convenient service, MasterCard requires Citizens Savings Bank to participate in the ABU service.
